Re: Midwest Region Discussion
Really sucks losing that way. I've watched it several times over and there's no way in hell that should have been called a charge on Stokes there at the end.

Didn't matter. Either it was a charge on Stokes, or it was a clean steal by LeVert. Everybody's ignoring that for some reason, but he slaps the ball cleanly out of Stokes's hand, it bounces, stays inbounds, and LeVert's right there to grab it. Even if they don't call the charge, it's Michigan's ball.Comment

I thought the ball went out of bounds…the replay showed Levert strip it and it flew way out of play?Didn't matter. Either it was a charge on Stokes, or it was a clean steal by LeVert. Re: Midwest Region Discussion
What angle did you see it from? From what I seen Levert stripped it and it bounced, stayed inbounds and he would've had plenty of time to grab it.Comment

Re: Midwest Region Discussion
Can't find a good video, but this picture shows what I'm talking about. I don't see any way Levert gets that ball:

Re: Midwest Region Discussion
I stand corrected…found this video finally and the ball did stay in bounds (bounced straight up) and Lavert definitely could have gotten it/stayed in bounds without a whistle (cued video at correct time):

Re: Midwest Region Discussion
I didn't like the charge call, but we also got a break just before that when we got possession of the ball even though it looked like it went off Maymon's hand. And if we make a few more FTs, none of that may have mattered.
Sucks to lose, but I'm damn proud of this team. I had buried them at the end of February.Comment

Re: Midwest Region Discussion
I don't think it was a charge either but it was a REALLY good flop. Marcus Smart should take notes. Stokes made it a little easier to call by putting his shoulder down but I don't think he actually drove through JMO.I didn't like the charge call, but we also got a break just before that when we got possession of the ball even though it looked like it went off Maymon's hand. Didnt matter???? How about a blocking call, which is what the correct call should have been IMO. We got a break on the maymon call earlier, so I guess it evened out, still stings to lose that way.Didn't matter. Either it was a charge on Stokes, or it was a clean steal by LeVert.
