Based on Mike Wang's comments in the latest 2ktv episode it's confirmed they will be adding more contact dunks animations in 2k18..........

I wouldn't mind that. its better than the player going into the paint and doing that animation where he throws the ball over the rim instead of dunking it because the defender got in the way

Add Al Horford's rebound flinch, but make it super random.

A scrambling defense needs to be mo-capped.

Players of all 5 positions need to be mo-capped backing up dribbling, screen hand off passing, post passing/passing from the post position.

Tweak game settings (NO NERFING!!!) or at least bring back something like the v.i.p. so you can't spam passing lanes, or any other cheesy exploits gamers might use Or make sim settings on each level of difficulty be "true to Sim" and the gamers who prefer a more casual style can tweak once game is released.
