Interested in knowing how many would be willing to follow a Draft Class Guide to avoid the Stats glitch when you use a Custom Draft Class in NBA 2K19? This means you would manually have to edit the Auto Generated classes 2k gives you.

I’d be willing to. The stats glitch is the killer in myleague. There’s other problems like mentoring not working as intended, the op cpu comeback every game and such but the stats glitch is the biggest eye sore and bother personally. Manually editing the auto-generated classes is the only way to bypass the glitch

Stats are a big thing for me as well. I play everything CPU vs CPU at this point, so comeback exploit isn't an issue for me personally, but yes it is there for USER vs CPU.

Stats for players can completely disappear, be randomly changed, or just not match up when you use a Custom Draft Class in NBA2k19. It completely sucks for stat heads like myself.

Do you follow all the teams or just your specific team. I noticed it a couple times personally with Only the CPU teams when I skimmed. I cant speak for other Users how often they have seen it.

I’ve seen it in all the ways possibles. The glitch affects a random group of players each season and would spread to others as well.

The team the player plays for changes, current stats changes, previous years stats are erased, it’ll show that a player played for a different team than he did in previous years, immediate drafted rookies will come with a recent games history before playing a single minute, and it’ll show that a player was traded to a different team while still playing for his original team.

One way to see the glitch is to take note of some stats then redownload a draft class and look at the stats again. Some will reset back to 0 or change to different numbers.

Yikes, this is extremely alarming and would totally ruin my mood for MyLeague. I've only had my new xbox one console for a month now and I've barely even have played the game cause I'm putting together the Association Guide or MyLeague Guide I should call it now.

Testing the start from offseason option using custom draft classes. So far the stats glitch hasn’t appeared. Have to see if I can successfully replicate it before calling it glitch free. It will makes custom rosters obsolete though. Would have to do lots of editing if you want authentic opening day rosters and staff.

Yeah, I edit the auto generated draft class every season since I enjoy seeing every player stats/progression. Custom draft classes worked properly last year so it is disappointing to see it didn't get fixed. I will be interested to see what kind of guide you come up with.

So after 12 five year myleague test sims I haven’t been able to make the stats glitch appear. Seems like the start in offseason option is the way to go. The downside is if you want the realistic opening day rosters you’ll have to follow every transaction move that happened during the offseason. I can provide the link to the transaction history. You’ll also have to manually edit and add the correct missing coaches and gms if you care about the little things. I can share CelticLGs spreadsheet he has for the coaching edits as well.

I have the complete 2018 draft class for a start in offseason myleague. The default 2018 draft class 2k offers is incomplete so I added all the realistic prospects that was available. All the remaining 2k generated rookies have been reduced to ovr 40.

The setup for an authentic opening day myleague is possible. It could take a minute to get to the season but I find starting in the offseason more fun now. You’ll get to test out the 2019 class in the summit, your players may progress/regress heading into the new season, and the experience feels more immersive.

If the community is willing to follow a step by step guide for a realistic opening day myleague using the start in offseason option I can write one up.
