so hopefully 1.07 patch will have the ability to add/remove headbands. Mike Muscala now wears one, Westbrook wears one, Kyrie had one on for Media Day. Also after the newest roster update, none of the names mentioned above have a headband.

This will allow you to add headbands. Some may not show in the edit player screen but check the player in practice mode and it should show up for sure.

So that worked when I used it on LeBron but after that I tried to use Tobias Harris in multiple players and it didn’t work anymore.

I think 2K completely removed the headband model from Kyrie Irving and possibly Westbrook but it still works on tons of other players.

Hmm that would make sense. I can’t use it on Kylie, Westbrook or Beal. But I have it in LeBron and AD

So yeah the 3d headband and head tie models were indeed removed from certain players. If you are on console you will have to wait for 2K to add them back to Kyrie's model and the models of others.

This is so silly. Why would they remove the ability to equip/remove Headbands? 2K needs to re-evaluate their staff Lol

Actually, there are certain players like Beal & AD where the headband won’t show up on the editing screen, but it will when you actually play a game.

I was surprised to see it on them when I tried. The headband trick also works on Bledsoe & Aaron Gordon. It works mainly on guys who have previously had them on.

I’ll put up screenshots/videos of both players, but try it out anyways.

Yea I was able to see AD in the editing screen but yea it would be nice of a small list of players that it can apply too.

Is it possible you can still put those screenshots up? I have managed to get the headbands on LAC Motley, Hou House, Minn Katt, Utah Conoly, and CHA Graham.

I have tried this workaround for 2 hrs, and have fail to apply headbands on these few NYK M Morris, SAC Foxx, LAL A Davis, LAC Harrell, Mo Har. I'm on Xbox btw, for some reason I cannot get headbands on these guys.

Cant play this game on Play Now or Season if cosmetics aren't updated. Guess I'll be just doing The Rec for a long time.
