Does Anyone who has already played the game so far know if there is any way to use the 3 MyEras Rosters already built into the game for a regular Play Now exhibition game?

No only that, but you cannot utilize the ERAs player pool to customise a roster or use an ERA players DNA to edit or create a player.
Very disappointing.

it's already weird. For example, in the Kobe era roster Pau Gasol is available for the Grizzlies but NOT in the Grizzlies historic team (and I'm assuming the Grizzlies All-Time team too). But at least Wizards MJ is in...

It would appear the MyEra rosters will be their own thing? You can edit them, but it appears they're only available to use within that mode

This is super frustrating! Was really looking forward to putting modern players in older eras or customizing a roster with players from across different eras.

You can, just goto create a roster and it asks you for what era you can then export their dna

I'm not sure if anyone discovered this yet but,
You can play as any of the era teams if you press X and A simultaneously (xbox series X) on 2KU ( you'll activate a debug option for playing era games) and choose freestyle.

The team selection screen is a little bugged but it works.The games would play with it's era specific filter and presentation without the option to toggle it off and on.

I'm not sure if this debug option exists on the ps5 (haven't tried it on mines yet)

Edit: Can confirm that it works on PS5 as well (By pressing square and X at the same time)

Just to confirm on using MyEra roster in Play Now for the PS5, it works but not really like it was described above. When you are on the main Play Now menu (not 2KU), just press the Square button (don't need to press X or any other button) and it brings up the debug menu to select a different era. Once you do that, it takes you right into the Play Now match-up screen to select your teams. Doesn't seem to be any option to change the era for 2KU though (freestyle, scrimmage, etc.)...even if you save the era rosters, they won't show up on your user-created rosters list for the Play Now options.

So good news: you CAN play MyEra teams in Play Now?

Kind of bad news: you CAN’T have your MyEra player edits carry over into Play Now?
