That might be a little bit more of an undertaking than most are going to be willing to contribute. It's one thing to sculpt and post 10 face settings. It's quite another to type out 100 attributes and tendencies for each player.
That said, there's some select users who've taken that on. You might want to check the "NBA 2K Completed Classic Teams" thread by gu8lal8 within this forum. He has a few missing players' attributes and tendencies posted on a Google Doc.Comment

Missing from the All-Time Wizards, Walt Bellamy. This is a young version based on his Packers/Zephyrs/Bullets career but I stuck him in the Knicks jersey since he also played there earlier in his career and the uniform is era appropriate.

Also, if you noticed on the Bellamy cap, I’m using all white Adidas with the material set to fabric or mesh (I don’t remember which) to represent low top converse sneakers for the retro players. Might look better with a more off-white material and a solid white sole, but I didn’t play around with it long enough to check.

Also took a stab at Mason, it’s not great but if anyone wants the formula I can post it later.
With him having such a unique look there isn’t much we can do in terms of a perfect CAP or look-alike. Especially since he was built so thick it really limits any decent look-alike options.
If we get the ability to change skin tones added back into the game making him as dark as possible would make this CAP at least serviceable. Also, Marques Johnson posted above would look great with a shade lighter skin tone. Hopefully that will be part of a future update.

That's a pretty good anthony mason OJ. You may want to go with that fade that has the line in it since Mason was known for his hair designs...EA and 2k have the unfortunate task of trying to balance on a tightrope of fun and sim while trying not to fall 10,000 feet to their death. Instead of a safety net waiting down below there will just be angry customers quick to move out of the way and talk of their failure.Comment

That’s what I had it as originally and didn’t love it.
I wish they had options to add the designs in the hair similar to tattoos where you could customize it how you wanted. Or hell, even if multiple hairstyles had the option to have designs on/off similar to a headband or something.
