I got madden 12 from him early. He had the buy it now for 150 but i made an offer for 70 and it was accepted. Some people made offers for 60 and 65 and it was accepted. Most made there offers and got it for 70

I got through to the ebay dude but he replied he had sold out by the time I got an answer and I was able to reply again

Yes he is the one that was selling the PS3 copies. As of right now he is legit but i'm holding my judgement until I get it. He told me he was gonna ship it out tomorro morning and I should have it by Wedsnesday or Thursday.
