Seems that sometime after the Rodman/Malone RC, CD is on board with changing the rewards brackets due to slower action in RC since release of Greats pack.

So give some community feedback, what would be a fair cut-off for the lower non-foil PO RC card (currently 51-100)?

The poll will only be for the non-foil RC tier, but you can mention below the breakdown for foil & non-foil event card if you'd like.

Current:
PO 6-50: Foil RC card
PO 51-100: Non-Foil RC card
Star 26-100: Foil RC card
Star 101-500: Non-Foil RC card

I say go ahead and double the number of winners for both reward brackets. In fairness to previous tiers, I don't think CD will go more than 300. (I apologize for not expanding poll to include 350/400/450.)

PO 6-100: Foil RC card
PO 101-300: Non-Foil RC card

With whatever change, I still fully expect the PO RC event card to go for 10k+ points... it may be the 3rd ranked subtier after the BTC and The Greats cards, but it's definitely less time-consuming and doesn't cost credits to obtain.

This is what I was going to suggest. Also Danan made that comment before RC started. It will be interesting to see what they do since RC clearly took a nosedive this week

I think the Key is the RC card has to be the equal or better than the Great Cards
