A few weird things I noticed

This is more questions about things i've noticed because I wonder if it happens to anyone else.

First off, is the Miam Heat really THAT dominant, right now I really wonder how the f*** Dallas managed to beat them, I got traded to the Lakers and later on they brought in Dwight Howard for Gasol and for me it seemed like a good trade cause Howard has been dominant in scoring and rebounding this season, but everytime we play against the Heat we get our asses kicked.
Now my player is 85 overall, Howard has gone up to 90 and Kobe is 95 which for me seems like a pretty good offense, i'm a PG btw, and now we're facing the Heat in the finals, so far they lead 3-1 and Wade, LeBron and Bosh have been way to dominant, last match we won by 1 point but the stats of those 3 during that game was like this: Wade: 41 points, 12 assist, 11 rebounds, 5 steals, 9 blocks. Bosh: 33 points, 9 assist, 22 rebounds, 3 steals, 17 blocks. LeBron: 48 points, 10 assist, 13 rebounds, 9 steals, 11 blocks. Is that anywhere near there real life counterpart cause in the game they rarely miss a shot from anywhere, grab rebounds like there's nobody else there, assist eachother like they're playing against crash test dummies and steal the ball like ninjas and this is only on Pro difficulty?
Also I noticed that blocking seems to benefit the CPU teams way to often, most of the time when they try to block my layup or dunk, or a team mates, they succed like 90% of the time but when I or my team tries we get blown for a foul 90% of the time, why is that?
Also out of curiosity I made a new player and cheated to give him max stats etc just to test it out, even made him as tall as possible, still I got blocked a lot, and I also noticed that my player often missed easy open shots and had difficulty scoring while an opponent tried to block but at times when me and a team mate tried to block the opponent and were 'in his face' he still scored easily like it was an open shot.
Rebounding seems like an impossible task for my team also, at one point Curry beat Howard, Odom AND Artest to a rebound and scored a layup while all 3 tried to block him.
I like dunking and doing layups, got a little bit inspired while watching some Bulls matches and Rose doing what he does, and since I chose PG as my position I figured I could try to copy him a little, I noticed that when I try to dunk or layup my player just goes straight at the opponent, but when the CPU players try to dunk/layup they sort of try to move their body away in the air to avoid as much contact as possible, and also 90-95% of the time I try to dunk/layup and get fouled my player misses the shot, but CPU players make their shots at least 50% of the time.
3PT seems to be difficult at times, I see players like Nash, Kidd and other 3PT players make a lot of shots even under traffic, and i've seen LeBron make a lot of leaner 3PT og twice he took a spin fadeaway and made both attempts from behind the 3PT line wile my player rarely makes those.
Also do the stats actually make a difference cause at times players that are way worse at shooting than my player make difficult shots with easy while my player struggles, for example a lot of the teams have 3PT players and when the shot clock is running out they can make shots 2-3-4 feet away from the 3PT line while I have yet to make one, even though I have 95 in 3PT and i'm all open.
Back to blocking, every team I play for seem to forget what blocking is, way to often do I see opponents being guarded only to jump up and make a shot because my team mate decides he'd rather stand still than to jump up and try to block, but when I or my team mates try a shot most of the time the opponents try to block the shot.
I know this was a bit long but it's kinda frustrating, at least for me cause it seems like the game is going against you a little bit which makes it unfair.
