Hey Beluba, got another Signature Shot Change Request. Can you change Mo Williams(Cavs) signature shot to Ben Gordon(Bulls) signature shot. They look alike and the one Mo has right now looks weird and is very slow. I also have a video example. Look at 1:00 for the YouTube video.

Hey Beluba,

Can we ditch the Iverson 2 handed sig. shot? He shoots a very small percentage of his shots this way. Seems like almost every shot I take with him seems to be the 2 handed deal. Try it out and you'll see what I mean.

hey Beluba could we change tony parker's shot from kidd's flicking shot to someone else's like hinrich's? it's not perfect but he needs a lot more lift in his shot

I think the main ones have been covered, Gasol's is very distinctive and in the game it doesn't look quite right. In the game it looks more like a jump shot instead of his semi set shot style.

Sasha's can be a little quicker release. He almost shoots the ball before he reaches the top of his jump, in one smooth super quick motion.

Kobe's looks fine overall.

The worst one on the Lakers is actually Vladimir Radmonovic. In the game it looks sloppy, and he flails his arms and legs. But in real life, he has a very simple, smooth and straight up release (and a HIGH arc to his shot).

I actually disagree. I think both Radman and Sasha's shots a the best they can be.

I've looked at it some more (in game), and I think it might just be the speed that is off. In the game it's too quick/sudden. In real life, he's much smoother and still.

But either way, it's not that important....just something that bugged me. Sasha's is the quick one.

Hey guys. Need help in deciding which NBA game to purchase. Correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems that people are saying that the sig shots and animations are better in in 2k9. Are they that much better than Lives that Live would be a bad purchase? I know that poeple are also saying that the floor spacing is better in Live and that 2k9 kind of feels like all the other NBA 2k games.

just fyi... one of our animators has been working on some new sig shots. specifically, she's cleaning up B-Roy, Iggy, Rudy Gay, Tony Parker, and Bargnani's shots from when they came up to EAC last year. They look pretty good too.

What about Randy Foye's and Paul Pierce's signature shoot, they both came to Canada last year but neither of the shoots looked like their real life counter-parts.

Both of their actual shots are in game. I don't know why Pierce's shot is so whack looking. He must not have been playing hard during the mocap shoot. We're digging around for a better one for him.
