Good catch, pretty pathetic actually. i don't understand how people get joy of their free time playing video BBL games like that. Get yourselves a life idiots. However, this needs to be fixed badly, because it obviously ruins the whole, and I mean whole game experience.

well, if you're gonna just shoot w/ one guy what do ya expect? what difficulty were you playing on? i understand that it's one guy scoring more than the other team, but that's the difference between real life and virtual basketball, it's about the play style. u said you tried "your" defender and "your" defense, but the icon shows that you were Nelson so i'm not really understanding that part of it. i'm not trying to come off naive about it, but what is wrong in the video? Did you take every shot w/ Nelson? why not show the misses as well, i dont see much of a problem w/ 50% from the field or 48% from 3. it's still going to boil down to the fact that you chose to shoot every shot w/ the one person, as i'm assuming you did. still, it's a video game and that's the kind of stuff you'll have to deal with, the devs just pump in the numbers/ratings, and we choose how to play it. i dont really see this as a glitch, now if you had hit every single shot, then yeh, its more than likely a glitch. anyone see what i'm trying to say hahaha?

I am showing the producers what i see online and unfortunately there are many users who use this tactic and only this tactic.

i used nelson and shot 47 % with this only tactic against RONDO which is a good defender...I scored like 45 points with nelson and won the game with no offensive tactic .

I hate using this tactic but this was the only way to show our producers on what online gamers are using .

WHen i play online i meant i tried everything with TIGHT DEFENSE, Using my best defender , R1 and right up on the on ball handlers face but all they do is this tactic that i posted.

THe problem is this....I dont have to use screens, or pick n rolls to give space for nelson and do you ever see nelson shooting 3's in the %50 mark just by shooting over defenders ? No he doesnt, he uses pick n rolls to get space and mind you this is against RONDO and just shooting over him with no problem.

yeh, i understand what you're saying, but at the same time we cant really get mad about it, just for the simple fact that this is how people are choosing to use the players and how peoples different play styles come into effect w/ the online play. early in the vid, a lot of the shots early were barely even contested at all, then toward the end you could see rondo start to jump w/ the shot, but i still think its because the ratings. i dunno, i dont play online and this is the exact reason why.

This ISNT a DNA glitch. It's a gameplay engine problem. Defense contesting does not FACTOR in shot success. Defending is simply non-existant on ball or 1 on 1.

Here's a small sample out of one of many occurrences, perfectly timed jump doesn't even go for the ball or affect the shot:

Trust me when i tell you this, if you play online like i do , you will run into these kind of players...I do mind this because i would rather see online users running their offense to score and i dont mind losing but to lose like this , its not fun for me.

All they do is run at a certain spot which is on the top or bottom corner between the baseline and top of the key and just create little space with step back and hit 3's like water .

On ball defense at stopping this is a mess and hopefully EA can see this.

oh btw when mo was quadruple teamed I just passed it to Boobie who is also WET from down town. Also all the free throws i attempted with MO where from contested 3's a few if them resulted in 4 point plays. EA YOU HAVE A PROBLEM I normally play with the Hornets and raptors but I felt like making a few guys smash their controllers against the wall

The perimeter shooting in this game is a mess. It reminds me of double dribble. It gets old seeing people and the cpu just jacking up 3 pointers.

Also the shot releases do not have logic at times. Sometimes i am trying to pump fake but by accident the shot goes up and its a swish. Also a quick shot releaser in real life in this game can have a late release with his shot and still be successful. So its like the release point does not mean anything on some occasions. So i believe the dna will overide shot release if your in a hot zone play.

Thats disgusting to see and its good you captured it. Well i dont know which way EA is going to go with this? Either drop the 3 point %'s , or have better on ball defense to close the STEP BACK spacing move, or have DNA really kick and let the good defenders put an end to this.

To be honest with you I didnt even use the step back I just came down ran around for like 12 seconds and shot I dont play like this but I was forced to the other guys had the Nuggets and was attempting to do the same thing to me with Billups so Wash Rinse Repeat As long as you shoot from the elbows and the corners your money Mo Williams is money from every where Eddie House corners and elbows J Nelson Elbows top of the key Chauncey Billups everywhere but the corners J.R Smith EVERYWHERE Chris Paul is also deadly from inside the arch Belive it or not I dropped 52 with Eddie House Eddie Freaking House LOL This was my last weekend with the game so take this info and do what you want with it tired of having to play this way to win since the post game trash an anyone I play grabs the same 4 teams Hopefully NCAA Basketball doesnt let me down
