Live '03 (the best b'ball videogame ever!!) was not like that at all. I hope you understand what my problem is. Anyways, will this version be the same way? Please say no. Thanks alot.
lol..i kinda feel where u commin from..but i kinda like the face up the have..yea u couldn't drive past sometimes but on the other hand your always facing the basket...so if you step back or get them with a cross over...u dont have to manually turn around to face the basket in shoot...in live 03 sometimes u would do a sloppy turn around jumper off balance because of this...and thats why i think they made this animation...so i think they should keep it but make it easier to drive past the player once you have them off balance and beat.

      anyways..

      my questions:

      1. About the face up animation when dribbling on offense...is it easier to drive past the defender while maintaining the same "face up" animation?

      2. Have you guys made it easier to "thread" the needle...meaning...make a good amount of passes to cutters/open men in the paint towards the basket without getting the ball stolen so much?

      3. Have you guys toned down the in-air collisions from behind on fast breaks?

Well alot of these questions were answered in the impressions, but hey who cares.

          My questions:

Will the AI adjust to your style of play on offense and defense?

How will the AI react to mismatches on defense/offense?

How will the AI play in crunch time situations?

Is the comeback code eliminated for higher difficulty settings?

Re: NBA Live 2005 Interview Questions

              Created Teams?

              Creation Zone?

With the Salary Cap, will there be the option to turn it off?(I ask this, because, I'm not trusting the the Computer will use real Logic in trades, and trades that have been made in the NBA will not be able to be made by the comp. Especially when you factor in the 60-day no trade rule in the summer, and base salary requirements[I don't want to get get bogged down by it] If a trade happens in the NBA, I want to be able to make that trade.

              International Teams?

All-Time Teams? (with fictional players at positions that can be edited, like a white, roster SG on the bulls with stats equal to MJ, so that all you have to do is change his name and body attributes. The Same for Sir Charles and Kareem, who are never in any game)

Ability to Edit Fully edit real players(this includes shooting hand, so if that is wrong, it can be corrected, or hairstyles, in case someone with cornrows decides to shave it all off)

International Rules? (or mix and match NBA and International, IE trapezoid Lane, No Illegal Defense).
              Trey's Teams to Watch:

              UCLA Bruins B-Ball
              American Eagles B-Ball
              LA Lakers
              Arsenal Gunners

Could you tell us the names of the artists on the soundtrack

Will you be using the 0-99 rating system or 50-99

Will we have team specific plays

How much plays is there all together

Will we actually be able to break records

Is the free agent glitch fixed

What is the maximum contract you can offer a player

are there any fouls called on rebounds, loose ball fouls etc away from the player with the ball. this would add more realism to the game

                          - A lot of times when you post up a player, when you press shoot quickly to pump fake, the player does a stumbling shot. Was this intentional or has it been changed for 2005?

Hi I will like to know when you recriut players from overseas can you just come up on some players like Dirk or Tony Parker.

                              Will they have better layups.

Do they have any new passes or pass styles.

Will they be where you can make plays if not this year will it be next year.

Do they have better plays this year.

How is the create a player.

Is there a create a team.

                              Any technical fouls.

Is the game like NCAA Football where you have to suspend or fine players that do wrong things.

Do they have where injured prone players actually play less games during season. i.e. Mashburn only play on average 30-45 games a season and Grant Hil.

                              Or the drafted palyers slimmer.

Do they have High School Phenoms that ever so often come into the draft.

                              Do they have summer league.

Whats better in the franchise in offseason.

How do you work the pda.
