EA should add a Pro-Am 'Lobby Reminder'

I've noticed that people spend quite a bit of time waiting around in the lobby... if they don't know how to start the game.

As a visual aid... EA should 'highlight' the Host like every 10-15 seconds to remind the current 'Lobby Host' to start the game. (see below)

And if you just joined a new Lobby, for the first 10 seconds you should see this:
