Yeah the Clippers history probably did scare him, but I also think that the opportunity to play in the East helped to draw him to Washington. Might as well play in a Conference where one player's impact can help a team get to the playoffs and then you just hope anything can happen, where as the West will still see good teams miss the playoffs this season.

I guess it was all just a Dream that the Clippers were gonna become a decent team. Hopefully Odom will stay and they'll still have a chance at that, but by all means DO NOT MATCH Andre Miller's contract, they're far better off without him.

Wizards are my sleeper pick this year. Great PG, great SG, to go along with a great new coach and young faces. Expect to see alot of NJ Nets style offense and defense from the Wiz.

As for the signing,i guess that means that Steve Blake will not make the Wizards team...Too bad,i was a big fan of his when he played at UMD.

With no other PG on the team Blake will be the backup PG. He played great in Summer league.

Interesting. I hadn't heard that.

I thought Speedy showed promise here in Philly, but the Larry was not good for his development. it was great seeing him shine in the Finals this year. And I think he'd be a good fit for Musselman's up-tempo style.
