This is a bit humiliating because i'm a fan of one of these two teams.

Win again? Wouldn't you have to have won something to win again? Neither of these teams have ever won a thing with the exception of the Cavs' lone Eastern Conference title. I mean...Toronto's never even been a playoff staple nevermind actually winning anything.

I guess if the question is making the playoffs first, I'd say Toronto since they're roster is closer to an actual NBA roster. If they were both on even footing I'd say Cleveland since they've actually shown the ability to build a consistent playoff contender in they're history.

I should've been more specific, when I say "win again" I meant win an actual game.

Ahh gotcha. In that case, the answer is still Toronto and it's still cause they don't quite look like a D-League roster as the Cavs do. Also looking at the schedules for the rest of this month the Raps get

Wolves, Bucks, Spurs, Blazers, Clippers, Heat, Bobcats, Bulls, Suns and Mavs in that order. I can see them winning either against the Bucks or Wolves or both and even beating the Blazers, Clippers, Bobcats or my beloved Bulls and of course the Suns.

The Cavs meanwhile draw this month...

Grizzlies, Blazers, Mavs, Pistons, Clippers, Wizards, Lakers, Rockets, Knicks and 76ers. In theory the Cavs should have the better chance to win this month, but I've lost all faith in they're ability as a team and I think the weight of history is just too great on these guys' shoulders. They're best chance was against the Pacers and with that out of the way, they have to wait all the way until that Wizards game for another best chance and that's only cause the Wizards are absolutely vomit inducing on the road. So yeah, I'm going Raptors.

Raptors. Easy.

There are maybe two or three games left that the Cavaliers have any sort of shot at winning, and seeing as how they couldn't beat the Pacers at home last night, with that entire organization in trouble, speaks to just how bad the Cavs are right now.

Raptors will get lucky. The Cavaliers have a good shot of going 0-the rest of the season.

It's unbelievable that they're on such a losing streak at the same time as the Cavs' record breaking run though.

It's too bad they don't play each other any time soon.

I'm going with Cleveland to win first, although its a very hard choice because both teams are a disgrace to their fans and the league in general.

Well this is what I get when I vote before I read. I thought it was who would win a championship first.
