All the 'top' broadcasters for NBA (especially TNT guys) hardly do any analysis, just say random crap like "play better D"; "he needs to make that shot" etc etc.

There are plenty of great commentators: Hubie, Fratello etc.....Charles Barkley just isn't one of them

It shouldn't be that bad, we're at home, KG is no longer a hardass and right now Timmy can manhandle him. It seems like the Spurs play their best when TIAGO SPLITTER(stephen a smith voice) plays his best. Every few games he has a flicker of All-NBA 1st team talent.

Charles does't fit next to Marv and Steve either. He might sort of work next to Reggie but he always manages to piss of Harlan so that wouldn't work either. At the end he just belongs at the studio.

Because man oh man... The Knicks look exactly like that team now haha. Melo would of dropped 40 plus on them. But still the only difference between those teams is Amare. On that note someone please post up the Amare playing pic-ah -boo with Steve Nash.

I'm not sure why the Lakers insist on having guys like Howard switch on defense to guard point guards like Felton. It usually doesn't end well like exhibit A pictured below.

Also Steve Kerr was awful last night. It's almost like he was just waiting for something else to happen. I remember him yelling "we have a game" when LA was down by 9 with what 2 or 3 minutes left.

Then he goes on like he got a lone epiphany and all of the sudden was the only one to think hey, "if they slow the game down for 48 minutes, and play defense, they have a chance to win"


It was like gee Thanks Steve, so what was the analysis of the rest of the game when you were gibbering?

They can't keep doing that on tnt too often, or they'll start acting like espn

Kerr also slipped up and said Laker management neutered Eddie Jordan. I'm sure TNT or the league spoke to him after the game about that comment. I kind of cringed when he said it.

If the Knicks want to be like the 2011 Mavs, Melo needs to get hurt, they need to play really badly without Melo, then they need to meh they're way through the rest of the season and get hot in the playoffs.

Honestly, its not a good idea to have Chuck and crew out there during these games. They need guys like Hubie mixed with Harlan, not somebody who is going to keep saying the same thing.... "this team is not very good"
