Gotta go with Grant Hill and Shawn Kemp. 2 potential all stars if one reason or another did'nt end they're careers early.

I also gotta give a holla to Jason Williams from the Bulls who was in that motorcycle crash. Who knows how he would of turned out. He was from Duke, so that shows the potential right there.

Isiah retired about 3-5 years too early because of his injuries. He had a lot of good years left in him without the Back, Ankles, and Knee.
