Re: Ranked: Equalized Stats only?
Mirror matches in ranked??
People picking OP fighters all the time in ranked??
No one uses C or C+ overall fighters in ranked??
Don,t worry, there is an EASY solution: The ranked system of Fight Night Champion is all we need to solved most of the problems on this game ( you can see who your opponent is picking in a previous screen).
One of the key of the succes in any online game experience is the diversity. We have an AMAZING rooster (270 fighters) on this game, but in ranked you can see the same 2 or 3 fighters in any div over and over again..sometimes is very frustrating.
However i love this game , but in these area is just my opinion.
Excuse my englishComment

Re: Ranked: Equalized Stats only?
I absolutely get your point, I've thought about that same thing myself, and you do, well, have a point. Playing the AI is just not the same as playing real people. But I disagree that the depth of a mode makes no difference. I imagine I'd be all over a detailed Universe mode or a free-flowing, non-scripted career mode, and a lot of people will also feel that way. And Online will still be there, but you'll really have a number of options and you can do whatever you feel like doing. For me right now there's just Ranked/Quick and Ranked could do with some serious changes.
I said it doesnt matter to someone who is dominating the AI and doesnt find it to be challenging at the top level. If you find the game challenging, depth in modes is a priority.
If you are dominating the AI and dont find it fun or challenging, your only other option is to play online. So it doesnt matter how deep a career or franchise mode is to someone like that.Comment

No way.
I'd like to see some stamina and chin buffs to lower rated fighters though.Comment

I didnt say that though.

Re: Ranked: Equalized Stats only?
I voted yes because its ranked, sucks always having to pick the best dude to avoid a disadvantage outta the gate. Although having it as an option would be nice, like a subtype of Ranked being 'open' where stats matter. Records and stats should be kept everywhere. Speaking of that why cant any EA fighting games show us detailed statistics? Per fight, per mode, per career, and storing historical statistics about fights. Server db storage cant really be too difficult for EA. Nba 2k does a good job of this.Comment
