    How would a contraction work?

First, a team needs to be selected to contract. Lets use the Bobcats in this example.

Every player on the Bobcat's roster would be dropped into free agency. So that means any team can sign Kemba Walker, Al Jefferson, Cody Zeller, etc. if they wanted to.

Now the Seattle SuperSonics enter the league. They get the draft rights to native players, like how the NBA Draft used to be handled long ago. Nate Robinson, Jamal Crawford and Spencer Hawes are some notable names that would end up on the team. A backcourt of Nate and Jamal Crawford would be interesting to see...

Once that's done, the Sonics are good to go! As a final touch, the Grizzlies or Pelicans would have to be moved to the Southeast Division of the Eastern Conference, to balance things.

David Stern Makes Decision ; Bucks are on the outs

Ah. It was only a month ago where Giannis was selected in the draft by the Bucks, smiling wide. But now, he'll have to go through the hassle of relocation in the NBA.

Today the NBA announced and approved on NBA TV that the Milwaukee Bucks would be moved to Seattle, being renamed the SuperSonics. Also, it requires many division realignments which are expected to be announced shortly.

We spoke to Brandon Knight, who's had a hectic last month.

"Man, it's been crazy, I swear. I was chilling in that broke-*** city Detroit and then I get traded for that guy with an attitude to MILWAUKEE. Of all places, MILWAUKEE. I'm happy to be going to a great city like Seattle now, though. It seems I was meant to wear green no matter what."

We're pretty sure, he would get in trouble for that, but I guess he's a bit justified. It's a bit frustrating to get dunked on and ankle broken in your rookie year, and then traded, followed by a relocation. It's a bit difficult for poor Brandon Knight. Maybe Kyrie Irving will send him a fruit basket or DeAndre Jordan will send a "Get Better Soon" card.
