Flyers captain Sean Couturier on the loss: "I think we came out flat and couldn't recover at all. We made a lot of mistakes in the first period and they took advantage of that. In the third period we found a little bit of light but it was too late."

Flyers forward Sidney Crosby (3G) on the win and tying the series: "We needed to win tonight and we worked hard to get the win. We went down early and trailed into and in the second period. The last 15 minutes or so of that second period we were doing everything right and really put pressure on them. I think we took our foot off the pedal and took a bad penalty that resulted in them tying the game, but as we kept working hard we were able to find that late one to tie it.

Crosby on the hat-trick: "Nothing special really. My linemates made it easy for me out there so they deserve just as much credit as I do."

Crosby on the winning goal with 19 seconds left: "We were pressuring and had control of the offensive zone. Konecny threw the puck over to Matvei (Michkov) and he made a move around the defender and throw a shot on the net. I drove to the net and swatted at the rebound and it went in."

Flyers forward Travis Konecny on the win: "Big win and a much better effort from us tonight. Always huge to get a split on the road in the playoffs and now we have the chance to change the series at home."

Trevor Zegras on the win: "I think we played well for 60-full minutes. We were very good defensively and limit their chances, especially on the power play. It's a huge momentum change to take the lead in the series at home."

Zegras describes his game winning goal: "I was just hanging out in front of the net. Casey (Mittelstadt) let a one-timer go from (Cam York) and the goalie made the save but left a huge rebound so I just picked up the garbage."

Flyers goaltender Joel Hofer on the 32 save performance and the win: "After the last two games, it was kind of nice to finally have game where I could see the puck and make the save to give my team every chance to win. It was made easy with the guy in front of me clearing lanes, letting me see the puck, blocking shots and overall playing well defensively. It's a big win for us but still lots of hockey to be played."

Lightning forward Oliver Bjorkstrand on the loss: "It's a tough one to lose. We battled hard all night and I think we played well enough to maybe win. We have to give them credit tonight though, they took a lot of our opportunities away."
