IF the gameplay is good enough, can it make up for what CFM appears to be lacking?

Excellent news, jp. Another bug in CFM from last year now that I think about it was the league vs. conference filters when it came to stats. It was most noticeable on defense, I don't think it seemed to affect offense though I could be wrong. When I went to look at NFL league leaders last year for "sacks" or "interceptions" or "tackles" etc., players would be missing from the NFL filter while showing up on the AFC or the NFC filter.

    For example,

If Von Miller lead the league in sacks with 10, you wouldn't see him on the NFL filter, but you'd see him in the AFC filter. The NFL filter would show for example that Mario Williams lead the NFL with 8 sacks.

I am sure you likely didn't notice this in your brief exposure, but I am also not sure how many people even noticed that bug last year. I reported it in the bug thread but I never really saw it discussed much.

The NFL tab would show guys from both conferences, it simply seemed to discriminate somewhat randomly at the top, lol. Here's the link to my post in the bug thread, which includes photographic evidence to show how what happened. This happened in every CFM I ever tested or played with so I know it had to affect others. Just not sure if most people cared. It was still a bug though, and hope it's been ironed out.

I noticed it. It's been that way for a couple of years. It's very irritating. It also happens with other defensive stats like Ints

Yep, it sure did. I just noticed it more prominently with sacks since the amount of them was so inaccurate. I skipped Madden 25 so I wasn't sure how long the bug had been around. Basically, reviewing league leaders at the end of the season defensively was a crapshoot because I had to bounce back & forth between AFC and NFC to get a clear picture of who "actually" led the league in whatever stat. Sure hope that one gets cleared up this year.

What I'm saying is I believe they would be in the nfl and the conference filters both, but I'm not 100% certain.

The guy is saying that players that should be showing in the conference or NFL list are not. And he is right. I found that to also be true. Players with X number of sacks or N number of ints that should be on either the conference list or both conference and NFL lists for top players would be missing from the list. It was a bug. Not sure if it will be fixed in 16 or not.

I know and I'm saying from my time playing I believe that was fixed.
