Did anyone get these to work in RPCS3 and would you be willing to post a step by step guide?

Yes:

1. If you haven't updated the games.conf file in your BruteForce root-Folder, add the following entry:

; "NHL® Legacy Edition"

secure_file_id:*=45415F53504F5254535F4E484C313600

2. Open BruteForce as Administrator and select your rpcs3 profile
3. Open the folder where the downloaded roster is
4. Right click on the Save -> "Decrypt all files"
5. Right click on the Save -> "Unlock save to work on any PS3 account"
6. Right click on the Save -> "Encrypt all files"
7. Right click on the Save -> "Rebuild with current profile (full)"
8. Right click on the Save -> "Decrypt all files"
9. In the navbar in the middle (between the saves and the info area) click on the far right button "Verify PDF"

Now copy the modified SYS-DATA file to a roster save you made in the game.

Still can't get this to work. The 19/20 save seems to be no more.


The 20/21 save SYS-DATA is 2,456,128 while an original stored file is 2,456,120 which make me believe the save is corrupted?

Does this overwrite the previous roster edit if you started a career season?

It overwrites the rosters but not in your career mode, you continue playing with the same rosters you started your career.

And also, how do I play as the Vegas Golden Knights in Career mode or the WJC junior teams?

Does the current posted save actually work? The file has a strange size and when I extract it in ps3tools it has many files inside not just one file as working ones have.

The file 100% works, although I’m sure there are still a couple mods being made.

Re: My last play about Season Mode. It totally works now. Must’ve just been a shock to the system to update the rosters and draft, just a coincidence it happened on two different systems. Thanks again for all you’ve done!

I'm not showing any off season trades or FA signings in these rosters??? Hall still in AZ...Staal still in MN...etc..etc..Any new update coming before the season starts on Jan. 13th for 2020-2021 PS3 NHL Legacy Edition???

I'll just assume they will still play and have their rosters with players whose rights belong to these teams.

Let me just say Reff- thank you for keeping this old gen alive. I have 21 but haven’t touched it more than a dozen times at this point. I love using your rosters for Legacy. I look forward to converting your work to x360 for myself and the community once the season rosters are set. Thank you for all you do! I know it takes a lot of time and effort to get rosters ready, up to date and I’m always amazed at how in depth they are with all that time and effort!

Where do I put the goal horns in the game, and is there anyway on getting patch 1.01? I can't find it.
