    NHL2K20 Roster for 2KHS/NHL2K11

    The roster based on the NHL 19/20 season is an update on the previously released NHL2K19 roster. It has been updated with NHL20 attributes from HUTDB and attributes calculated with a formula from real season player statistics. This work was done much with the help of the NHL2K editor originally developed by snowdrift and the improvements I managed to add to it.


    So what are you waiting for? Install 2KHS 0.8, get the NHL2K20 roster and go...

      So I installed the rosters and every time it pre fetches the textures and gets to about 80% complete dolphin completely crashes. Any idea what it could be?

          Have you followed the instructions exactly? Have you changed your configuration? Mine does not have prefetch textures checked...

              I’ll give it a shot w/o prefetching the textures tomorrow and get back to ya.

                  As I wrote in the instructions, make a clean separate install before you apply the roster addon. If it still does not work, post your PC specs - CPU, GPU.

                      I have made some improvements during the last week.


                      * Updated sticks of skaters and goalies, no more skaters with goalie sticks and vice versa
                      * Renamed Atlanta Thrashers to Winnipeg Jets
                      * Updated all AHL affiliate team names
                      * Corrected some trades of players in the affiliates

                      Also working on giving more high profile players profile pictures and call names...

                      All to come in the next release...

                              * Elias Pettersson has profile image
                              * Brock Boeser has profile image and is called "Boucher" when he scores
                              * Joe Thornton has beard
                              * Brent Burns has beard

                                  NHL2K20 v200220 has been released. Grab a copy at http://PlayNHL.TK!


                                  Some of the new features are:
                                  Finished all trades up until 2020-02-20.
                                  New profile images for Elias Pettersson and Brock Boeser.
                                  New beards for Joe Thornton and Brent Burns.
                                  New Hotkeys.ini included so that pause-button on USB-controller will create save state.
                                  Updated sticks of skaters and goalies, no more skaters with goalie sticks and vice versa.
                                  Improved board commercial size.
                                  Renamed Atlanta Thrashers to Winnipeg Jets.
                                  Renamed Phoenix Coyotes to Arizona Coyotes.
                                  Updated all AHL affiliate team names.

                                      The most work I've been able to do on this project lately has been editor and contract related. I figured out the contract data so will try to import accurate contracts for the roster.


                                      My free time is quite limited though due to normal work and trying to keep positivity in myself and the family during these challenging times.
                                      Now go play NHL Two K!

                                              You're talking about the editor right? No. I have been developing on a version of python that can't compile packages. snowdrift did not want to release it as free open source code and I just did not put any time into install python with compilation support. Therefor I haven't released an editor with 2K11 support yet.

                                                  I just managed to setup import of contracts. Sadly my spreadsheet seems to miss some players.

                                                  I used https://www.spotrac.com/nhl/contracts/ to create it.



                                                  Ovechkin surprisingly is one of the missing ones so I had to add him manually.

                                                  Does anyone know of another site that presents all NHL player contract cap hits and lengths on one single page?

                                                      Made an update today and removed all statistics. They are incomplete anyway so I thought it is better if all players start at 0.


                                                      The next thing to import should be captaincy status.


                                                      Also disabling profile images/call names for the current x-players so I can replace them all with real ones from AHL etc. I am kind of split about what I want to do here though. Profile images are nice but not if the players are called incorrect ingame.


                                                      After this I also want to look into player stat separation more. The current hutdb base make the players somewhat close to eachother attribute wise and I am thinking of testing different conversion formulas for this.


                                                      Another thing that needs to be looked into is RFA and UFA status which I don't know how to set yet.
