Dallas isn't going anywhere.
Am glad to see that they are getting rid of the 2nd round matchup problem that the NBA resolved. Right now, your two best teams could meet in the 2nd round if all top seeds win (could potentially happen this year with Montreal and Boston). The NBA fixed it by not seeding division champions #1-#3 always. But with two divisions per conference, shouldn't be a problem any more. Minnesota and Winnipeg as 4th seeds look much more reasonable this year. Not sure why they never changed it.Comment
