I have been looking for something for a while now and surprised I can't find it outside of the top level TGCTC stuff ...
, so decided to create it. Starting with the Memorial Golf Tournament (next week) I am creating a new society called PGA Tour Simulation Society ... Each event will have a small VC entry fee of 20 and I plan to have the following themes to make it as realistic as possible:
-Follows the PGA Schedule as closely as possible, with events on the exact days (GMT starts).,
-As closely as I can match weather forecast at the time I setup the event,
-Course conditions and anything else I can set for immersion and realism,
-Honor system (Dress like you belong on the PGA tour with your player -- I can't force this),
-Once we reach 50 members (if we do) I will create a discord.,
-If we see some sort of momentum I will consider additional things such as parsing results on a website, excel etc. and some sort of medals or trophies for participants at my expense.,
-Master Swing Settings / difficulty defaults in the game,
-Males and Females golfers are welcome we welcome all genders!,
-lastly to try to add a bit more realism after each event we will celebrate our winners that have the rawest low 4 round scores, but I will also take a unique approach and look at the real life event and whichever players match that score and above we will create a sim leaderboard and have a separate type of points.

I have the first event setup already and in the meantime I have an OPEN just test/play single event round to test the society
