Well, my player was very close to being maxed out. I completed all the scenarios previous to beating him. I was around 103% for every category. That definately helps. Honestly, IF he would've gone for the green on the playoff hole, there's a good chance I would've lost eventually in the playoffs. For some reason he didn't???

This is why I hated last years TW game. Total BS scores. The first poster is saying that Tiger shot somewhere around a 50. That is unrealistic. When it comes to sports games everyone wants realistic stats on everything else but when it comes to golf games they don't mind making birdies on every hole. Why are the standards lower for golf games. On last years game it got to where my avg score was in the 50s. It was fun for a while but there was no challenge to the game and I never played for the last 7 months. When will someone make a golf game that is challenging and is not full of super human players. I hope Links 2003 is better. I will not buy TW2004 or any other TW ever again until they fix the scoring. The game may be great in every other aspect but if my 10 year old cousin can shoot a 62 something is wrong. The game is too easy EA, who is your target audience...toddlers!

Man, I hate to tell you this, but if you're waiting for a golf game to come along where you can't get really low scores (especially on console), you're going to be waiting a VERY long time. Links will be the same way. It can't be avoided on an analog controller. There's only so far off center it will go on an analog swing. Unless they start programming in random bad swings (which will tick people off, being that it wouldn't be your fault), I don't see a way for them to make it much harder.

I keep saying this, but try Tiger with no aids and without a jacked up player. The more I play, the more I think that anyone saying it's too easy are not using those settings.
