Oh, I get that, and the relation to Raiden's character. I just find it odd that they changed that subtitle since it's been on every MGS game, and basically describes what MGS is (they spoofed it with the LBP DLC pack, but that's the only time I've ever seen it as something different).

Makes me think it'll be a different type of game...maybe I'm reading too much into it.

Yeah, I don't think it's Metal Gear 5 or anything close to it.

It's a big grab, but I could care less about Metal Gear, loved Metal Gear 1 on the PSX, Since then, thought every release sucked personally.

A new gameplay mechanic may bring me in, I'm guessing it's Holiday 2010 at the earliest though.

I saw this on another site this is funny as hell. Reminds me when I had an eyetoy on PS2 flailing all over the place. Could you imagine walking in somewhere and seeing this?

This thing does make Nintendo's efforts look bad, then again the Wii is using motion control from 2006. I am going to keep my eye on this, jury still out on this one for me. Just don't know how much I will use it.

I have a feeling Sony is gonna show off some new motion controller also, just a hunch. They better hope their presentation of it is as good as Microsofts.

More than that, for sure. They took tech from the Wii and made something similar, announced more sequels and obtain another exclusive title from Sony's camp.

Seems like they're more interested in branching out to every single conceivable market when I'm simply interested in the games.

Ironic thing about it is the Netflix announcement was actually more exciting than anything today.

But I guess if you have a side, you'll be rejoicing that MS "stole" another Sony exclusive. Please.

I really do not think microsoft Stole MGS, Konami realizes they will sell more copies on Xbox.

I dont know man. I have both consoles and I was really impressed. The motion stuff was ground breaking. I RARELY play action games and there were 3 that I'm considering buying just based off of the trailers (Alan Wake, Splinter Cell and Call of Duty). To each his own, I guess.
