MS is good at protecting XB Live as I do not recall them being hacked for a long time or service being down for 3 weeks like it was ON PS3

They are going through a DDoS attack. Nothing is vulnerable. It's also been noted as a pretty rampant problem on XBox Live - though to users in particular, not the server.

I would love to improve my PS4 bandwidth speed.
I have a speed of 300 mbps down and 20 mbps up. On my xbox 1 I get roughly 290 mbps and the 20 up, but on my PS4 i get 40 down and i forgot the up, but I would love to know how i can improve it on the PS4.
