Because not everyone wants to rip off someone desperate enough to overspend on a console.

Buying something and selling it for a profit when it's in high demand is not ripping someone off , it's how the free market works. If a person is will to pay more to get it on day one that is their choice, the seller is not forcing anyone to buy it.

I have never done this and could have for a few concerts that I had to cancel on (Pearl Jam, RHCP, Iron Maiden, just to name a few). Sold them to friends for face value, or sold them on Stubhub for a little more than face due to the fees they charge. I hate seeing 1,000s of concert tickets online seconds before they go on sale.

I had a Xbox pre-ordered as I thought I wanted both units, but decided I will stick with just the PS5. I just cancelled my order. Why go through the hassle of trying to re-sell if you are not going to make a profit?

Well I just saw some BS from Gamestops website. I got an email over the weekend that my PS5 bundle was preparing for shipment. I went on the website to check my order status again and now my pre order is gone. Nothing comes up in their system now as far as my pre order information. They better not have canceled this or some other mess.

I will be starting fresh more then likely. Only games that I may transfer my save files over are GTA 5 and F1 2020.

Might focus on the PS Collection games. For me, it depends on what PS4 games I managed to save on my USB before I sold my consoles last year. I originally planned on getting Spider-Man Miles Morales Ultimate Edition and playing Spider-Man Remastered first. But since that will allow PS4 save files to transfer over around Thanksgiving, I rather wait until that happens.

Most of the PS4 games I wanted to play again/first time are on the PS Collection, so I'm good. I'm focused on next gen experiences. Backwards Compatibility is cool, but it's low on my priority list. Any previous gen game, for me, has to be a Boost Mode title or a Remaster. PS1-PS3 BC was not a concern at all for me. Only game from that era, I really want to play is MGS4. And thats only if it is a full on Remaster/Remake. MGS4 seems like a game that would benefit from Ray Tracing, increased texture resolution/detail, Faster Loading, 3D Audio, Dual Sense, and Dynamic 4k60.

I'm keeping my Pro and Base PS4. Considering the storage limitations I'm only gonna play next gen games on the PS5. I kind of want to play Days Gone again so after I'm done with Spiderman Ultimate Edition I might download it on the PS5 as my adventure game.
