Who here on OS has the biggest TV?

After reading another thread and seeing how you should turn in your OS membership if you have a TV under 60" it got me thinking...who here does have the largest television? I have a 30" TV (whoot) although it's HDTV but don't worry, i'm saving $$$ and come summertime (around NCAA 2007 time hopefully) I'll be getting a huge "take up half your living room" TV. I'm looking at getting at least a 65" and maybe even a 73".

So post the size of your tv here and let's see who has the biggest set? Also post if you got HD or not too as I think that's pretty relevant

Not me. I have a 30" widescreen HDTV which is good enough for me right now. I'll eventually upgrade when I buy a house and move out of my apartment.

57" Toshiba. I'm sure there are others with 65". I would have gotten one of those, but the way my living room is situated would have put us way too close to a 65" tv.

I have both a 65 inch Mitsubishi HDTV and a 50 inch Samsung DLP. The 65 inch rear projection behemoth is getting sold soon, though. It is a fine tv, but I am growing tired of its bulky stature. I might get a Plasma and wall mount it as a replacement, but not sure yet.

Mine is like a 27 inch, normal TV. Nothing special

Largest in the house is a 56 inch plasma. Not sure what kind though.

That 65 inch Mitsu do 1080p? I believe the one I was looking at Best Buy was a 65 inch Mitsu with 1080p for like $4300. I have a huge living room so size is not an issue.

This is the Tv you want. I know it doesn't have a 1080p input but it can resolve every pixel of 1920x1080. I'm gettin it soon, but I also here Sony is adding a manufacturer update to install on it with a 1080p input.

                        46" DLP (HDTV).

There are some huge standard projection sets out there for under $1500, but the picture just isn't as good as a DLP/LCD etc...

One of my friends didn't understand why I would go with a smaller sized DLP over a standard 65" projection set. I tried to explain the technology used in both sets, but he just never could grasp why spending more on a smaller TV with better technology was worth it.

Steve is on projection, so I'm guessing he's at the top or damn close.

                              Toshiba 44" DLP HDTV

Love the picture quality and the viewing angle (gotta be between 160-170 degrees). Thought about plasma/LCD, but projection's lifetime is almost endless. Just replace a lamp if something goes bad.

Who knows how long that gas in a plasma screen will last or if a few pixels die on an LCD?

Now, if only I could get some HD programming in my neck-o-Wisconsin!
