I think the spicy chicken is better than a big cheeseburger, but the Wendy's one is still 510 calories, 170 from fat. Burger King's spicy chicken is 720 calories, 320 from fat. That's a lot!

I'm heading to Cancun in early August so I've been working out a lot and eating well so I can get back a six pack. I lost it over the last few years from eating so poorly and not working out.

same here man. i dont even remember what a burger taste like- or anything besides a salad from a fast food joint. i have some health problems so i cant eat that junk either way . wendys used to be my favorite though(when i could eat that crap)...thats a crap load of calories and fat.

Wendys is the better fast food place with BK behind them and McDonalds about 854th on the list. I dig their nuggets and homestlye burger every now and then..but for the most part i cant stand their food. Like once every two months ill get a craving for McDonalds and eat it a few times...but they are way behind when compared to Wendys and BK.

I like wendy's...BK's is good but not filling at all and the only thing I really like at mcdonalds are there hamburgers and fries.

The Spicy TenderCrisp Chicken Sandwich meal large size can fill me up and I'm almost 240.........
