Definitely - I thought the relationship between Stone and Stark was a little rushed and Stone's plot against Stark didn't have as major an impact as I think it should have, IMO. I think Stone could have been more fleshed out to be a better traitor/villain, but that climax was total meh.

Dent's dead no matter how you look at it... per the general story of Two Face, Dent the hero died when Two Face the villain was born. I'd actually say a mentioning of Dent's demise is more reason to believe that Two Face would be in the next movie than the other way around.

According to the script (apparently) Dent is dead via snapping of the neck when he landed.

Where'd you read about the script? Damn, they've got a lot out about the movie eh?

I'll still believe it when I see it. Dent is believed to be dead in every Batman story you'll see before resurfacing as 2face and the way he "died" in the movie wasn't much of a death scene imo. I know Batman's got on a bit more protective armor/clothing/whatever but he took a shot to the gut AND the fall and got up and ran away but 2face is dead? A broken neck would do it but you'd think they'd make his neck look a bit more broken since they had no problem making his face look worse than the Mummy.

That's what I had hoped and assumed myself, but everyone else is convinced that he is somehow alive (which I just don't understand... Batman and Gordon were both right next to the dead body).

Batman left... Gordon was still there but would it be the first time in a comic book when someone was thought dead but not really? Again, dude walks around with half his face off like nothing happened... being alive after that wouldn't be all that far fetched.

Even if the guy survived, Gordon is right there. Jail a'hoy!

Ahhhh, I thought you meant the script for the not yet created movie for some reason. That's pretty cool that you can buy this script though. Even still, I wouldn't rule 2face out.

Jonah has even stated Dent/Two-Face is dead.

If Two-Face does come back in the next film, I think it takes away a lot from the closing of The Dark Knight as it would make a lot of things pointless.

                          I agree wholeheartedly.

In fact, I hope we don't get a big villain next time around. I hope it's a small-time guy, or perhaps no real villain at all. Maybe another crime lord. The fact is, the dark knight is a bigger villain on his own, and he will need to prove himself worthy to Gotham somehow. That is the ultimate fight. I hope they can do it much better than Raimi could do anything with Spider-Man, be it the first, second, or third movie.

I agree, the next film should refocus back upon Bruce Wayne/Batman and his reasons for keeping on doing his thing. I would like to see more emphasis on his parents the next time around - or at least a grave visit.

Very true. In fact, the scene after Rachel died with Bruce and Alfred in the penthouse, it was just a perfect time to somehow bring up his parents.

With the whole mob theme from the last two movies, I think the black mask would be a perfect villain for the next one.
