For people who have not seen it, it's about all-American white suburban mom Nancy Botwin (Mary-Louise Parker) who becomes a pot dealer when her husband dies. She was left no alternatives with two kids and a nanny she has to take care of. So she's the neighborhood pot dealer who tries to hide it from her kids and best friends. Her best customer and also accountant, Doug (Kevin Nealon) is one of the few that know her "day job." Great characters surround this show up and down from Nancy's brother in law who is a free loading ladies man to Nancy's supplier Heylia who lives in a not so suburban area of California. Nancy pretty much is a novice in this so you follow her journey as a dealer as she learns the hardway what this life can be on top of her every day suburban life. The theme song is amazing and Nancy is a straight up MILF!
But this quote pretty much sums it up:
".....the pot-dealing angle of the plot only goes to suffice its true motives, which are to paint a funny, satirical view of suburban angst, boredom, and trouble."
And of those who are fans already: "Put it over yourRandy Johnson and start pitching" LOL
For any clips, I can't show them on here but you can visit www.Myspace.com/weedsonshowtime . I suggest clicking on the last video about Andy's lecture on the new things about "manhood." Great stuff.
