I gotta go with the Wally Champ as well. Toney Starks has been the most consistent member of the Clan. I used to be a big Meth fan but I lost interest when they started all of the Meth and Red stuff. They had a couple of cool cuts I guess but you know...never been a HUGE redman fan. He was funny though. I still get amped when they play "Bring The Pain" as a throwback hip hop classic. Love that song. But, as I said previously, my vote goes with Ghost.

Inspectah Deck's album Uncontrolled Substance is one of my favorite rap albums ever. He's my pick.Comment

And yes, Ghostface and Raekwon have the best solo albums from the Wu with Supreme Clientele and Only Built 4 Cuban Linx respectively. Liquid Swords comes in right behind those two IMO.-Jay Illestrate, Emcee/Producer/Graphic Artist

Re: Who Is Your Favorite Wu Tang Clansmen?
Hell no. As far as straight lyricists go, the GZA is head of the class of Wu-Tang by far. Out of the entire group only Deck, Meth and RZA can get with him when they're on top of their game (their main issue is lack of consistency). The only real knock on the GZA is his monotone delivery and the fact that he rarely changes up his flow. Similar type of criticism that Guru of Gang Starr gets.
By the way, if you like "Publicity" (from the Beneath The Surface album) when the GZA made countless references to magazines while telling an interesting story, you should definitely check out the classic "Labels" (from Liquid Swords) where he roasted many record labels in a creative way and "Animal Planet" (from Legend of the Liquid Sword) where he kicks a drug tale making references to many different types of animals. "Fame" (Legend) is also pretty good.
