It's not a bad studio effort. Sure , Moon and Entwhistle are missing, but the main songwriter and singer are still around. Not all 21 songs are Who classics, but there are a lot of good songs, uptempo and slow. Fragments starts of with synthesizers(sp) from Baba O' Riley. Most of the first 9 songs are 4 minutes or less.
The next part of the CD is a story that Townsend wrote on his webblog. All the songs one to two minutes in length except for the last two.
