I'm looking to pick up a new Laptop (maybe Black Friday, probably just going to go online through Dell or Gateway)

Price Range: Hi-End:$1200 Ideal: < $950
Processors: Whats the deal between AMD Athlon & AMD Turian 64 X2 & Intel Dual Core Txxxx? I'm trying to get something thats relatively fast but not old or slow.
My main reqs are: 2GB Ram, quality processor, video card with >300mb graphics memory, a quality soundcard, 15inch widescreen monitor, >=160GB HDD
optional: bluetooth, wireless n, webcam,
so far i've been thinking about
