I think my computer has a virus. It's running very sluggish and different spyware programs keep popping up. I tried to install the latest AVG7 ,and I keep getting this error after trying to install it:
Local machine: installation failed
Installation:
Error: Action failed for file avgamsvr.exe: starting service....
The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion. (1053)
I've also tried to use system restore to set my PC back to a time before this virus hit. But the restore system won't let go back. Has anyone ever have this happen? And if so, can you help me?
