      Thought Hancock was horrible.

Really liked Wanted. Mindless action, and I like James McAvoy (no homo).

I thought both were absolute turds, but Hancock was at least tolerable for a while.

Liked both, but enjoyed Wanted more. Wanted had a more satisfying ending.

I'm not understanding why people are hating on Wanted. The Matrix had unbelievable stuff as well.

Within a realm of logical explanation through its very genre that it attached itself to (science-fiction). I just thought that Wanted was weird, and as much as I love Morgan Freeman I did not think he fit any role in this movie.

Concur. Both had solid premises, and strong casts, but were let down by crappy scripts.

Both were extremely bad, but Wanted was better.

Gotcha. I wasn't talking about you just the people that can accept what went on in the Matrix but say Wanted was bad because it was "too unbelievable".
I just don't see a huge difference between being able to bend a bullets trajectory vs. being able to dodge or stop multiple incoming bullets. Within the "Wanted" universe bending bullets is doable, so I just go with it.

Do not try and bend the bullet, that's impossible. Instead, only try to realize the truth: there is no bullet.

Then you'll see that it is not the bullet that bends, it is only yourself.

The whole bending bullet flight paths thing was what threw it over the top for me.

They never bent bullets in the matrix, only spoons.

The action was good, just not enough for me to like the movie overall.

                          Re: Hancock or Wanted

Wow, I'm shocked at the results thus far. I thought the story line in Hancock was good, mini-plot twist and all, I didn't see it coming at least.

Wanted, for me at least was just as cheesy as I expected it to be, that's the thing with these movies that try to do the emulate Matrix, it's been done and IMO it won't be duplicated successfully for some time.

Hancock, I actually went to the theater and loved it, Wanted, DVD, and I wanted to turn it off after the opening scene.

Yeah, but the Matrix was interesting and thought-provoking, and in its own realm, it made sense. Wanted was just mindless and overly aggressive.

Hancock had, at least, a very funny premise (that they could have done MUCH more with, but oh well). Wanted seemed like it wanted to be this really bad-*** movie, but it just came out being a high-testosterone piece of garbage.

WANTED... Does a good job of keeping to the story line of the Graphic Novel...
