For the people that don't care or are too stupid to know it affects your health, sorry but you are making the choice. Same with people who eat whatever they want and get fat. Its survival of the fittest, we don't want to end up like the movie Idiocracy.
Pretty much. I'm hardly a smoker, but once in a long while, I do enjoy a clove (Not even a pack a year). If I want to enjoy the occasional one in the privacy of my home, I fail to see where the problem is. I know what they do, it's my decision, and I'm not harming anyone else.

A public area ban I can see, but all together would be stupid.

As for chewing tobacco and dipping tobacco... if someone wants to put that garbage in their mouth, so be it. At least that's not a hazard to other people standing around it (like second hand smoke is).

Hey I work for a smokeless tobacco company.

Anyway for me, a person that makes a living working for Big Tobacco. We all knew this was coming all along once a certain party took power. And this battle isn't over by a long shot.

Really wish I could go into more detail but because of my job and the TOS, sadly I cannot.

          Re: Flavored tobacco ban

Kids smoke because they are bored, think it is cool etc....

The vast majority of kids who smoke do not become regular smokers (Pretty much everyone I know has tried smoking).

This is stupid. Drives me crazy this stuff happens. I guess I will just have to go to the Indian Smoke Shop.

If menthols are banned there will be riots, destruction and possibly deaths.

Uh we have a smoking ban in public places in Ohio and I can tell you this it crossed party lines. This is not a small vs. big government issue. As much as people would like to tell you that but there are plenty of representatives on both side who are trying to "save the children."

This is an easily exploitable issue, like being against child molestars.
