She may only serve about a quarter of the sentence as a female convicted of a nonviolent misdemeanor, which is too bad because she could use those ninety days to reevaluate her life.

She seriously hits the bottom for me. I don't know how these female celebrities all wreck their lives so early, but it baffles me how such hot stuff can suddenly make me puke. Miley Cyrus is going down the same road, just with a lot more money.

At least she doesn't have to surrender until the 20th, that way she can still see Inception on July 16th.

Cocaine is a helluva drug. Seriously, she went from a hot 19 year old to a worn out, 50+ year old woman.

She'll probably only serve a couple weeks since she's a celeb because as we all know, those folks are better people than the rest of us and therefore don't have to suffer the same consequences as us.

I guess coming from the mind of a somewhat sane person, I don't understand how celebrities miss court dates. I would be afraid to miss a court date on a traffic ticket, let alone a probation hearing.

It does serve her right, but I think this will be a situation where she goes to jail, stops by for a coffee, and gets out because of overcrowding, just watch.

I hope rehab, gets her back to normal, so she can start working out and get fine again.

Right now she's just disgusting and quite stupid to keep getting into crap. Nobody cares about her, she hasn't made anything worth memorable in years.

It's amazing that she can get caught with cocaine, violate probation multiple times, miss a court date, and still only get 90 days in jail, while probably only serving a fraction of that or going on house arrest.
