Last night's episode was hysterical:

-Michael celebrating with himself on the computer
-the beginning with Jim/Dwight
-the NY's resolutions
-the entire roller rink scene
-Kevin flipping off Holy
-Creed
-Kevin eating veggies and it being so difficult.

One of the best of this season. Hope the trend continues.

This last episode has been the funniest in a long time.

Kevin flipping off Holly and then spitting broccolli out of his mouth was too funny, same with Creed getting angry about the cartwheel.

And it was awesome. I'm always afraid of that character, because I find him to be hilarious but am afraid that if they use him more, he'll be ruined. This episode was perfect for him though.

There's certainly some hints that may suggest as such. I recall an episode where Darryl said something like he had big hopes or goals for his job there at Dunder-Mifflin in a weird summing up kind of way, like it was foreshadowing something. Last night, his quote that this year was "coming up all Darryl" or something like that could be hinting at something as well.

I think Craig Robinson could carry that position. Not the same way as Carell but, I think his cold (yet funny) delivery of his lines could blend well wih the otherin the office. I also think some of his eventual encounters with Erin could be funny as well. Not sure how it would all work but I think he could be funny in that role.
