I looked around a bit and couldn't find a thread on it so here it is. An EDM (Electronic Dance Music) thread. Electronica/techno/whatever you want call it.
It can be a bit of a broad genre encompassing many other genre's. Trance/Hardstyle/House/Drum & Bass/Dubstep... and the list goes on. I PM'ed a mod for approval on the thread and just wanted to see what kind of a following (if any) it has with the OS crew here.
I'd be interested to know who listens to any of the genre's generally considered to be EDM and how old you are, etc. I'm 19 and many of my friends listen to it these days.
Just to start it off, I've been listening to these mixes made by a guy named "dabears." They come in the form of dubstep, trance, and electro house. All free to stream and download and they are high quality. I recommend them for fans or anyone that wants to see what it's all about.
