I assume because Clay has told him he can have his exit, but if Clay dies, Jax immediately becomes President, with only Bobby and Oppie knowing that he plans to leave, and they clearly don't think he should leave. I assume the rest of the club will not be on board with him leaving either when they find out.

Makes his exit more difficult to pull off in his eyes I think.

Of course, if he finds out that Clay tried to kill Tara, I'm sure he'd be the first to put a bullet in Clay's head.

Don't forget that Bobby was just arrested too.

So it's basically just Opie who knows, and there is no way that he'll just let Jax leave.

Jax will be acting President and unable to leave with Tara to Oregon.

Bobby will be the new Otto, locked up doing long time.

Juice will be murked by Chibs when they find out that he ratted.

Opie will commit suicide now that he has lost all belief in the club.

Tig is going to start up a romance with Gemma and will be the one to off Clay either in the hospital or in some sort of a set up.

And Happy will continue to grunt and never smile.

I think Jax will be stuck in Charming due to being the new president also custody issues with Wendy may keep him there, as well. I think that Tara eventually becomes the new Gemma and starts owning her role as "head old lady". Other than that I agree with everything that you posted.
