I love that they went full bore into the story "early" in the season. Ballsy and bad ***. I'm not sure where they go from here. So interesting.

One of the top ten holy **** moments I can remember seeing on TV. And what's even crazier is that most of these type of moments are reserved for season finales.

Carrie's monologue against him was just....****ing perfectly delivered. As was her little smirk after they met outside the offices in Langley.Comment

Re: Homeland: Season Two
In real life They hold the team going in because Brody was about 2 seconds away to admitting it all, she was baiting him perfectly to hit her. No way this doesn't blow up in her face though...
I wonder how long they play this particular storyline plays out though, I cannot imagine by season 3 is still going...My dog's butt smells like cookiesComment

Just watched all the episodes up to this point in the last 24 hours. I'm liking it so far.
I think that maybe they use Brody to try and get to Abu Nazir (set up a meeting or something) and then we find out that Nazir has someone in the agency that warns him that Brody has been caught (because we never found that out last season)
I also think Brody has motivations on his own that he doesn't need Nazir for. He wants to destroy the future president because of what he did to those children, but here's the thing: if he can destroy the president without getting involved, HE becomes president and that could be HUGE.
He might "lay low" (a recurring theme) for a while to show the CIA that he is in fact done with Nazir (but he isn't...he can just do it without Nazir since he has his own motivation) and since the CIA didn't go public with it, he has no repercussions from it.
So after he lays low, we see (maybe in the season finale) that he still has his own motivations to eliminate a domestic threat in Walden. And the last scene shows him taking office and then they show some sort of signal to Nazir that he is still on his (Nazir's) side.
I realize that 0% of this will most likely occur
I also want to bang Brody's wife so bad. So bad.

Re: Homeland: Season Two
Goodness GRACIOUS.
Just...just....just wow @ those interrogation scenes. I didn't much like the non-interrogation stuff though. I'm so sick of dumb *** kids in shows being dumb *** kids.
And yeah, had to be that chick. They immediately cut to Brody and Carrie in the car and her name comes up.Comment
