    6 Feet Under

I looked to see if this show was ever discussed and only found an old thread from 03.

My wife and I recently where looking to find a show to spend a little more time together at night that we both would be interested In.

We looked and found on demand through HBO this series. Man what an addiction. Also since it was from 2000, we had every episode available as well.

What a series, if you've never watched it I highly recommend this as it covers a ton of divers lifestyles. My wife and I became addicted from season 1episode 1.

I remember seeing it advertised but thought it seamed a bit silly so I didn't bother. Was I ever wrong. Finished the series in 3 weeks all 5 seasons 1hr shows.

We are now looking for a new show to watch together. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Two of the actors (Michael C. Hall, Dexter & Peter Krause, Parenthood) are some of my favorites but I never got into the show.

      Great show!

As far as somewhat "under the radar" options go:

Showtime's "Shameless" is a win, IMHO...

There are PLENTY of threads with show suggestions, man. Could have sworn there was a Six Feet Under thread too.

Just search "Six Feet Under" and search by thread and you'll see tons of show suggestion threads, since Six Feet Under is always mentioned in those.

I think the final episode of this show was one of the greatest closers ever.

Yes there was one. It appears it was closed for what ever reason. It had a few post but there were no posting options in it.

I got the whole series on dvd and haven't opened it. SMH, but I'm sure I'll get to it in the near future.

This is definitely one of my favorites.

I'd put it up there with The Wire, The Sopranos, etc. as one of the best all time. The thing about Six Feet Under though is there really isn't any other show like it. I'll guarantee that for those of you who haven't seen it - Once you get to a certain point, you won't be able to watch just one episode. Plus, as Doc stated, one of the best series finales ever - Best ever in my opinion.

How to burn PS3 game to DVD via computer?
How do I burn a PS3 game to a dvd over a computer without having to jailbreak my PS3 or get a Mod chip? I do have DVDs that have enough storage. Don't need telling that the format's different so I can't, because there's software that converts. Many thanks.

Pretty much how I feel about it. It replaced Mad Men on the top of my personal list. I still need to buy the DVDs.
