I was thinking the same thing when they were at the golf course. After a year unattended to, a golf course would be wildly overgrown.

If I recall, you could hardly make out the golf course. It wasn't knee-high or anything, but you definitely couldn't make out a fairway or the green.

I see people on Facebook saying how outrageous this episode was and how they "went too far" and such...my first thought is what rock have these folks been living under? Try watching Oz, The Shield, The Wire, Sopranos, Breaking Bad etc sometime...wow...

Imo more shows need stuff like this. Especially in the setting the show takes place in. I hate that

The Wire may have been the best TV series I've ever seen.

I finally saw the episode today.

I can see why everyone had positive reviews, I would even call it a good episode. That said, I just didn't like this episode.

Only things I really liked about it, was the conversation at the end about Karen and the fact that Grimes wasn't in yet another episode. Im digging these separate episodes following different characters. It has a HBO feel to it.

But yeah I didnt think the smaller girl was written as a kid at all. When Carol is teaching her that killing is necessary, she was fighting that fact waaaay to much. What is she like 8? A kid that age just wouldnt be all Ghandi after all the experiences shes been through at that point. I guess they really wanted the feels to pile on with the not killing the deer part. Then the psycho girl being psycho felt a little forced to me and a little unmotivated or rather bipolar in her actions. One moment she was willing to kill herself to prove her point the next she kills her sister? But then again we can just call her psycho so we can write her any which way we like. Meh. It annoys me when shows kill off characters for ****s and giggles, which little girl dying was for me. However Im so glad they ****ing killed the psycho girl. I was praying they wouldn't try to contain her for another X episodes.

Overall objectively speaking, it was a great, well constructed episode. I thought the little girls acting was getting piled on too much in previous episodes. They did the job well to me. Psycho girl was super creepy with the knife scene even if I thought it was weaksauce.

tell my 10 year old son that after being diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at the age of 3, he definitely is an "old soul" and well beyond his years.

The one thing that hasn't been said is how great a job that girl did with that character. With kid characters like Carl who absolutely kill scenes because they can't act, she did a fantastic job dealing with a character that many adults would have a hard time with. The reason people hated her character is because she did a great job of being ****ing creepy.

I think all the kids on this show have been good. So many people hate Carl and think the girls didn't do a good job. I enjoy them all.
