Was doing a little reading on this and it seems that maybe some PC games, especially older ones, do better with dual core versus quad? Anyone know anything about this?
I just tried this on my Tiger Woods 08 golf game and it seemed to work. Easily reduced to dual core in the msconfig settings and did some graphics card 3D tweaking as well as the in game visual settings and it's running better than ever.
