Yeah i am not felling it. I have liked ever one from ever batman movie before this one. This one just looks like trash. So now a bad batmobile, bad actor playing the part and the head on the suit looks off. I am not expecting this movie to be good at all.

That's 3 objective opinions.

The car looks cool, Robert Pattinson is a really good actor (try watching something other than Twilight), and the story behind the costume makes sense with the story.

What actual movie have you seen of his man? It’s like you want this movie to be bad.

I called you out on it before but you never want to explain your opinion, probably because it’s true, the only movie you’ve seen him in is Twilight and completely ignoring the amazing work he’s done in the last decade.

They keep taking the trailer down until it gets officially released, but I watched it.

This movie is going to be incredible. I'm gonna go out on a limb and say it's going to be up there with the Dark Knight.

Gave me Batman: The Animated series feels with its tone and visuals. Pattinson has a Terry Minginis thing going on. I'm a sucker for a solid Batman movie, can't wait to see it.

Well, at least it didn't make me cringe, so there is that. Tight trailer, not giving much away. I will take a look when it comes out in Blu-ray or whatever it is we are doing in 2021.

Something about Pattinson gives me more of a Robin vibe than Batman, but the Planet of the Apes trilogy was too good so in Reeves I trust. I didn’t love the way I’m Vengeance sounded, maybe too many years of gruff Batmen in my head, just didn’t sound strong.

"I'm vengeance" sounded good to me. I read your post before hearing it for myself, so I pictured something different in my head, and thankfully it didn't sound at all rubbish.

That one action shot is kind of funny because it almost looks like he's bitch-slapping that guy. Surely there is a way to meme that into happening with a different sound effect and whatever movie/show line is out there with somebody going "MAN. THAT. AIN'T. YO. MOMMA." or whatever somebody says when they're slapping somebody else around.

Although Pattinson is older than Bale was when Batman Begins came out, and only a couple of years younger than Keaton was in Batman, my perception of him is that of a mid twenties Batman which I have been wishing for in a live action film forever.

It's tough in movies which are only a couple of hours long and have to go heavy on big action sequences, but I really want to see detective work from Bruce and although he's no Nightwing, more acrobatics from Batman instead of just him Brawling or driving the Bat-mobile.

Regardless, this looks like it will be a top notch Batman film.

The only real trepidation I had was when I was hearing about all of the casting. Not the actors, but the characters. It sounded like there were going to be twenty villains. Not sure if they are just making minor appearances now (like Zsasz in Batman Begins) and will show up in any other future Reeves films of this supposed trilogy, but I'm hoping the movie is as focused as the teaser trailer showed.
