    New OLED65G7P Dull

Hoping to find some expert advice here. We just bought an LG OLED65G7P for our basement. Previously we had an LG OLED65C6P in it's place which we moved to our upstairs living room.

Expecting the new TV to really shine, all settings being equal as far as i can tell, the new tv has a dull appearance in comparison.

    A couple things.

    A. We purchased this tv online via Best Buy on their black friday weekend sale. It was $2000 off the retail price, which i was suspect about, because Nebraska Furniture mart wouldn't price match it, claiming it was a best buy exclusive deal.

    B. Once we got the tv setup and turned it on, we noticed in the lower right corner there is a defect in the screen about 1.5" long and only a few pixels wide. Plainly visible.

The tv is being replaced on warranty.

I've messed with it, and messed with it since last wednesday, and just can't make the new tv to compare to the old one picture quality wise. Even watching something in 4k, you can just tell the old tv out performs the new.

Am I missing something some where? Is the entire tv a defect? something eerily suspicious with the Best Buy pricing?

Anyhow, just seeking advice. I like having quality stuff, just sometimes don't know all the intricacies of it all.

    Thanks
