    ACTION REPLAY FOR X-BOX

I presently have AR for X-BOX, will it work on the new 360, and if not what will replace it?

Unless we can use the Xbox memory card for the xbox 360, I would say no.

Good question. The AR is USB and you can plug an iPod or a PSP into the 360 so I don't see why you wouldn't be able to plug the AR with the memory card plugged into it into the 360's USB port and transfer files as well.

I don't think 360 memory cards will be compatible with curren gen action replays.

The 360 better allow some 3rd party plug-ins like Action Replay, I have my doubts.

College Hoops 360 will be useless without it.

I would assume that we would have to buy a "360" Action Replay.

Anything for the companies to make more money.

for example; systems only come with one controller, memory cards are sold separatley, etc.

That isn't what I said. I'm pretty sure 360 memory cards are different than the original memory cards.

The 360 has multiple USB ports on the front and at least one on the back. One would think that if you can plug a PSP or an iPod into a 360 to transfer data that you may be able to plug the AR directly into the 360 and transfer files.

You would have to install the AR software on the 360 for it to be able to read the AR cradle, no? So I don't think this will work. And I do not expect a similar device within a year. So College game junkies will be on their own in regards to naming rosters for awhile.

Unless we can share save files via Live?

I wonder if the xbox 360 can read those little memory keys. If so then there is a chance that you can put the zip files onto your memory key, then transfer them to your 360. Im sure there is someone around here smart enough to find a way to get the xbox saves onto the 360 hardrive.

Good call. Again, I don't see why it couldn't if the 360 can read files off the PSP and iPod.

I now see what you mean, but I still don't think they will allow compatibility between the 360 and current gen AR.

I mean, they are making us buy a new headset.
